The Mediating effects of Performance Anxiety in the Relationships between Self-Resilience and Self-Efficacy of Art Therapy Experts

Abstract
The purposed of this is study was to examine the effects of the self-resilience of art therapy experts on self-efficacy; furter, it analyzed the mediator effects of performance anxiety on this ability. By using the SPSS 22.0 program, this study analyzed data collected from 137 art therapy experts through the mediating effect method of Baron & Kenny (1986). The research aspects results revealed the following: First, the self-resilience of art therapy experts had positive effects on self-efficacy. Second, the performance anxiety of art therapy experts mediated the relationship between self-resilience and self-efficacy. Based on these results, this study clarified the relationship between self-resilience and self-efficacy among qualities that art therapist¡¯s should have and showed that self-resilience is the main therapeutic factor. And it provides basic data on that a therapistic factor deals with the anxiety that arises from the treatment situation.
